Idea of disaster kit :
This water treatment system that I has designed can be use during and after disaster. Clean water is vital for survival. Hence this kit is designed for this purpose, that is to filter dirty water to clean water so that it is safe for drinking and other uses.The box dimension is about a cube with 1.5m at each sides.The wall of the cube is made of Hand-Lay Up Epoxy Hybrid Nanocomposite which is light but strong. The hybrid composites give great toughness and stiffness to the wall of the disaster kit. Furthermore , the thermal and mechanical properties avoid it to spoilt easily too. Hence even people use it harshly it is hard to spoilt.
The wall of the cube is protected by Water Based Epoxy Foam. The functions is to protect the cube when there is any hitting from outside.
The wall and protective layer is stick together using New Adhesive using Waste Polystrene. Using these new technique , its produce adhesive from waste polystrene with great adhesion which can be use on different materials such as wood , glass or plastic. This way of recycling polystrene is a very environment friendly way because nowadays alot of waster polystrene are found in this world due to excessive using of polystrene by human.
When not in use, it is keep as a cube box. When it is needed, the box can be open and form as the drawing below. Everything is keep inside so that it is portable.

Its consists of few part,
Part 1 :
This is the programming or control system which is able to control the whole water treatment plant. There are 2 control system located at the left and right side.
Part 2:
This is the first process of the water treatment system. From here there is a tube which can pump polluted or dirty water to the tank. The water is left there for some moment for conventional sedimentation process.
Part 3:
This is the Pilot Plant For Water Clarification Using Dissolved Air Flotation Process. It is a process use to separate solid from the body of liquid for water and waste clarification. This is a modern way of sedimentation process which it production rate will be much more higher.
Part 4 :
This is the Nanofiltration Treatment System For Pesticides Contaminate Water. Its helps to enhance the water treatment plant. The main function is to filter the pesticide that contaminate the water. From the other way, its actually filter away chemical which may cause adverse effect to human if we drink the water. This is due to it highly rejects on pesticides. Furthermore, it helps to filter away metal contaminants too due to the small pore filter size. It is easily use which only involved 3 simple stages and is environmental friendly because negligible amount of chemical.
Part 5 :
Lastly , clean water flow to this tank and is kept for usage purpose.
Small wheels will be added at the bottom of this disaster kit so that it is easily move from 1 place to the other place.
